Haggas Frequent Poster	posted June 17, 2000 09:15 AM             I was wondering... if i post documntary evidence of me commiting a crime on the net(e.g. manufacturing a high explosive) and the feds get it, but they don't get any complaints or witness's, and the only evidence they have is a website or pics. And it says on the site that it was done for experimentation only, and no animals were made in the filming etc... Will i be in shit? ------------------ Haggas site of danger.. Machiavelli Frequent Poster	posted June 17, 2000 03:43 PM             If they get evidence about you getting high on forbidden substances although you don't harm a living being and noone around you is offende by your state of mind, will they be after your ass? You can bet (at least if they aren't occupied with something else). In most countries it's against the law to produce explosives without a license even if you don't harm anyone and don't intend to. But I suppose the sentence is less compared to unlawful use of the stuff.
DaRkDwArF Frequent Poster	posted June 17, 2000 07:40 PM             Haggas, like me yopur too are Australian, let me tell you something, I nearly got a permanant record and expelled from my school for having a bag of striker crackers, I hadn't used any of them and when I got dobbed in (some mediator anti-bullying stiff dobbed me in) I bullshittewd my way out by telling them I found them, I knew they didn't believe me, but they had nothing to run by, I didn't use them, I claimed to not have known what they were untill I was told, but still I got $15 worth of strikers taken from me and a warning (the best part about commiting underage crimes =) but really Haggas, don't put anything about you actually making the explosives, maybe pictures and techniques to make them, but deny them being your pictures, tell them they were off another site, but really, who says their even going to find you???
Digital Thief Frequent Poster	posted June 17, 2000 10:06 PM          Listen as far as all so called illegal information goes on the net, its highly unlikely that you will get in trouble for running a site. Especially if you use a handle and don't give your real info to the hosting company. Sites are a dime a dozen and the feds only have so much manpower.
