Does anyone know any good ways of smuggling stuff to different countries ? (Like bombs etc.) What I mean is are there any good places you could hide stuff in your car or suitcase where no one would look ? |

in a car i think a good place to hide something small would be taped to the inside of the door that covers where you pump the gas, i also thought a good idea to hide something really small would be to fully pull out the seat belt then tape it to the seat belt then let it retract. ------------------ |

After watching hours on hours of "Cops" videos etc (its great when your old mans in the film industry) you see that smuggling isn't as easy as it seems. However, I think these places would be the best: The oil Sump; Wrap the gear in tape and bin liners. Pistols have freqeuntly been smuggled into different countries this way for asassinations. The gas tank: Make sure the gas wont destroy whatever your smuggling. The fuse box: Very small space but should be OK The horn: Just don't beep on the way home or else the gear'll go flying The seat; Make a slit in the material UNDER the seat (so its not staring them right in the face when you stand up) , I doubt they'd go to all the trouble to look in the seat itself. The radio; hollow it out and you've got one great storage area. ------------------ |

On a plane (if you were going to smuggle in something metal) mabee you could put the object in on the side of the suit case (the front of the object facing the X ray's point of view you know what I mean). Because you know how when they x ray your suitcase they can only see your suit case from the top. Well if you saw the front of a gun or something from the from an x-ray machine, you probably would not be able to tell what it is. I dunno if it will work, just an idea. Might test it out this summer except with a BB gun so I dont get in shit. [This message has been edited by DoH BoY (edited May 17, 2000).] |

When it comes to smuggling blasting caps and guns I hear you don't need to hide them that well (On the mexican/US and US/Canadian border because they have low security unless they changed it within the last 4 years). When it comes to drugs I knew this one guy who smuggled ecstacy and steroids by putting them in his girlfriends bra. Each time the dog jumps on her she just knocks the dog off gently and says the dogs a pervert. I dont know about explosives though. ~Dave |

when i flew out of JFK in new york i had a digital camera with me and i dident want it to go through the xray machine cause i thought it might damage it so i just gave it to the lady and she brought it around and gave it to me on the other side, although it was a real camera, it easily could have been hollowd out and had a small .22 inside or some explosives, there was also no drug/bomb sniffing dogs around... ------------------ |

The Mexican airlines control is a joke. A friend of my sister smuggled a stick of gelatine dynamite, blasting caps and fuse through in his suitcase no problem. When I lived in England, we used to visit the US twice a year, we would just buy some fuse, coil it up, and saend it airmail to our house. The only problem was explaining to the postman why we had 25 letters all from the US arrive on the same day. thats how I got my fuse supply. For .22's the best way would be to put them in a zippo case where the cotton goes. So even if they open the top it looks like a real zippo. On a similar note, I just finished my zippo .22 zip gun. It looks like a real zippo but converts to a .22 in about 2 seconds. ------------------ |

Border Control encounters some ingenious smuggling techniques. All of these people got caught, but for every one they catch, 50 more slip through. Cocaine smugglers would mix the cocaine with 40% Cobalt, and Ferric chloride, making a black powder. A woman was caught coming across the american/mexican border with a sleeping baby in her arms. After noticing that the baby was not moving, they found that the baby had been gutted and stuffed with drugs. Also magnetically locking compartments have been seen alot more recently. It is a compartment which has an internal locking mechanism. To access it a "magnet key" is used. All are pretty good ideas (the one with the baby is going a little "overboard" though). They are all true cases, but all of them are people who were caught. |

Mabee you could get a metal tube and spray paint it black and then put what you need into it. Then you seal it and tape it to the insides of the car (like any of that stuff under the hood) so it will look like it is a part of your car. You might want to cannect some pipes to it or somethin to make it look more convincing. |

if you place your stuff in a bottle with alcohol and then wash the bottle in alcohol the dogs can't smell it, be sure that you haven't toucht the stuff so you smell like what ever you have placed in the bottle. The onley problem is the X-ray.

There is an online company that sells "odor proof" containers. They advertise them as being "dog proof". I am trying to find the URL again. They come in all sizes and are made from 3 or 4(?) layers of some kind of plastic. with activated carbon and another dessicant inbetween the layers. Also, to get around the X-Ray machine... Just tape whatever you are carrying to your body, or hide it in your girls pussy. [This message has been edited by Marshall Mathers (edited May 17, 2000).] |

Marshall Mathers--- I'm not sure your suggestion about hiding it in your girls pussy would be that good. I dont think that is quite the thing to please your girl. ------------------ |

Would the X-ray machine at the airport be able to see thru the zippo case? Also I was watching on ginuess book of world records on TV a while back and theres this guy who can regurgitate whatever he wants that he swallows (i saw him do it with a film canister). It would be pretty easy to smuggle things in if you were him. |

no... an x-ray machine can't see through anything that is completely surrounded by metal. if the zippo is completely metal (i've had one with the base made out of plastic instead)--as long as the whole thing is metal it will work. that is also interesting about the cash but i doubt that was the idea behind the metal strip... anyone who has been to an airport knows that you can go through the metal detector as many times as you want. ~m3nth~ |

lol Maddoc Pussys are very stretchy, you would be suprised how much stuff you can hide in one. It may not please her at the time, but it will please her when she gets "paid" for her storage space, haha. There are plenty of chicks willing to rent out their holes for transportation of cargo (at least in my neighborhood). ![]() |

wow where the hell do you live? i think i need to move! ------------------ |

oh yeah m3nth... The logic behing the strips in the cash is that you CAN walk through a metal detector carrying $9,999 dollars and it WONT go off (assuming you dont have any other metal on you). The airport metal detectors are calibrated to go off (detect) the amount of metal which is in $10,001 and up. So... a $100 bill has twice the amount of metal than a $50 bill. If you walk through an airport detector with $10,000 You WILL trip the alarm. |

Which metals can't the metal detector detect? |
|
VeHeMT Frequent Poster |
The detectors/strips cant be that precise, there must be at LEAST some -/+ leeway. |
|
Ho ju Moderator |
every metal detector also is set to a diffrent sensitivty so even if the metal strips were actually that precise the settings on the individual systems would throw it off. ------------------ |

Forget about taping something to your body and trying to get in/out of the country with it if you're going through a major airport like LAX or JFK. They've installed X-ray backscatter body scanners that can detect anything (metal or not) that you have under your cloths. They say it's for antiterrorism, but it's really to keep people from getting their money out of the country so the government can't tax it. Don't forget the butt also has a hole that things can fit in. If you're going to take money out of the country use money orders. You can get a $500 money order that's the same size as a $100 bill, and it doesn't have a metal strip in it. ------------------ Search the archive before you ask. http://members.xoom.com/forumlibrary |

On the subjects of airlines are you allowed to take your legally owned firearm with you if you check it in baggage? Do they x-ray stuff you check just as they do carry on? If anyone has a link to airline rules please mention it... |
