Are Mercuric Chloride, and Mercurous Chloride the same exact thing? Or is there a difference?

They are two different compound, but of the same element: Mercury. Mercurous chloride is HgCl "calomel", Mercuric chloride is HgCl2 "corrosive sublimate".
