Because rogue agencies are now violating constitutions and
laws regulating their authority, I will discuss these
things:

1. Many "laws" exist which are unknown to the public.
Agencies also make their own up now.
2. Agents have been downgraded in moral integrity and many
criminals now wear badges.
3. Merely having the ability to commit crimes is considered
the same as being a criminal by some now.
4. Agents often wear false ID and agency names on their
jackets, and get local police to help them come serve a
warrant on you, which was written by one of the agents
instead of a judge. They will load up a van of all your
computers, books, disks, etc, and roar off with it. If you
complain of that armed robbery to the agency they appeared
to be from, that agency will say "hey it wasn't our guys".
5. In serving a search warrant, agents will arrest you
without a warrant to do that, and confine you and family
members in your own house, while they search your place.
They don't want you to be able to watch what they do. They
will often plant evidence if they find none. They will steal
stuff. They will do damage to your stuff they don't take. If
you complain of their criminal acts, the prosecutors will
ignore your complaint. If you are considered a "suspicious"
person the courts are NOT open to you anymore.
6. If an acquaintance is busted, immediately go into full
protective mode, before he sends them to you. Remove all
books, disks, and Info that links you to any politically
incorrect activity or hobby. Agents will use anything found
as excuse for their criminal activity against you. Paint
thinner will be called drug lab stuff, etc. An example:
A man in Knoxville, TN got an $83,000 cash settlement for an
industrial injury. Having no bank account, he took the money
home. He kept 8700 in his pocket, and put the rest in a bag
in the basement. He died that night from an overdose of his
pain medication, (and probably of shock from his good
fortune in winning that injury lottery).

Deputies responded to the scene, seeing money, they ran
other family members out and called it a crime scene. The
morgue found the 8700 on the body which they gave to the
sheriff. The deputies claim they never found the rest of the
money, but family members say the bag was found empty when
deputies left. The sheriff refused to return the 8700
claiming they found a "chemical" which could be used in drug
work. They would not describe what chemical they found, nor
how much of it, therefore a valid presumption is that it was
something common. A lawyer forced the sheriff to give back
the 8700. The sheriff still claims his people didn't steal
the rest of the cash. Because the family was excluded, these
guys were able to conceal what they did. As I said many
criminals now wear badges.

7. Beware of any friend who got busted and returns without
any apparent punishment. It is common for agents to threaten
all who are arrested with very long prison sentences unless
they give them 10 names of other folks who are suspicious
persons. In desperation an arrested person will give them
names of persons not involved in any illegal activity. Those
persons are then targets for faked evidence planting, or
seizure of property. The governments have legalized armed
robbery by agents now, and they routinely rob airport
passengers of any cash they carry, and of their luggage, and
threaten to imprison them if they complain.

8. Criminals wearing badges have created the concept that
while they may have to have a warrant to arrest you they can
arrest your property without any authority. The constitution
clearly says both you and your property and papers, etc are
secure from warrantless seizures, but criminals in or out of
government service never did obey laws or constitutions.

That they have gotten lawyers and judges to go along with
that absurd armed robbery tells us how depraved the law
schools have become in teaching the new hordes flooding from
them.

9.Beware of entrapment. Case in Ga. Man's friend (forced to
be an informer) hid pipe nipples and pipe endcaps on his
property without his knowledge, then agents raided him and
"found" the "pipe bomb making materials". He got 40 years
federal pen, no parole, no good time off. He's still there.
Been there about 6 years now.

10. Beware of tape recorders. New digital ones (Panasonic
rrq 240) can record 4 hours. Same size as a credit card, and
1/4 inch thick. Runs 15 hours internal batteries, and for
days on external battery. In sound squelch mode can store 4
hours of actual talking over many days time. On a person
they are not detectable with usual recorder detectors,
because they are very well shielded for emitted RFI. An AM
radio will not pick up their hash until about an inch from
them. They have no internal moving parts, hence no internal
noise, and can have more sensitivity than mechanical tape
recorders. With external amplified mike they can hear a
whisper at 10 ft. They can be planted on your place, or
carried on a person sent to entrap you. Defense is to not
say anything incriminating, even in jest. "I was only
joking" won't sell to a court, and they will send you away.

11. If you sneak around, where you are not supposed to be,
trying to spy on criminal activity of the police, be aware
of that post in the weapons forum about flir and how to
conceal yourself from it.

12. Do not make blasting noises anywhere near neighbors, for
they will mention it to cops, who will list you as a
suspicious person, and may even set you up for conviction,
just to get rid of you. If they hit you, and find anything,
they will call the bomb squad which will put a chunk of
dynamite on your stuff, and call the press to show them,
from 100 yards away, how YOUR very dangerous stuff blew up,
and how they saved the town from your crazy madness. You
will not be allowed to say anything to show it was a set up,
and the only thing that exploded was the bomb squad's added
dynamite.

13. Do your chemistry testing of pyrotechnics in an
underground pit with heavy lid on it so the noise does not
get out, and no ground thump leaves to upset neighbors.

14.Be secretive in all things. Remember if being watched,
every little slip you make will be put together in a way to
add up to an impressive testimony at your trial.

15. Truth at trial means nothing anymore. The prosecution
makes up its own truth to suit the victim. Your own lawyer
will not save you if that means making an enemy of the judge
or prosecutor. He has to live with them, and you will be
long gone. Besides lawyers have set it up so they keep your
money even if they fail miserably to do the work. All
lawyers don't do this, but as with snakes, only experts can
tell the poisonous ones from the non poisonous, so you have
to mistrust them all. If you got a lawyer watch him like a
hawk watches chickens. He may be selling you out. They all
like for you to leave everything to them, and they all do
not like informing you of what they are doing.

16. Do condition yourself to realize a war is going on in
many nations now. A new world government is being formed,
and it is going to be imposed on people by force and
violence. It will allow no one to own any weapons or
property when it gets where its heading. It will be
socialist, same as in the Union of Socialist Soviet
Republics. All constitutions will be voided, and new law
with no individual rights will be installed.

17. Archive all valuable data, and stash it away from your
primary location. move all suspicious books elsewhere. Got a
pix of a naked young girl, move it away, or if on the
computer, encrypt it. Expect searchers to spend maybe 8
hours in your home going through every book, paper, nook and
cranny, and searching walls and floors with metal detectors,
and maybe flir to detect for heat difference spots. Expect
them to find what is in the area they search.

18. Get pgp shell for windows, and install it on your
computer. Its free from several places on the net. Search
PGP and look for the windows shell download. Encrypt all
sensitive files. It uses mil grade encryption, (1024 bit) as
opposed to older 64 bit commercial stuff and 128 bit stuff
of a few years back. It is clik easy to use and fast. It
also can overwrite (destroy) and then delete the original
document so it cannot be retrieved from your computer.

19. If you intend to pursue chemistry or firearms hobbies,
expect to be considered a suspicious person. Agencies are
hysterical about terrorists now. They have also made nearly
every neighbor hysterical about it too. Do something strange
and they'll turn you in, "to save the children".

20. If you are innocent, and agents hit your place, and
cause some damage they can't hide, or maybe "accidentally"
shoot someone, they will frame you to make themselves look
legitimate.

21. If you have a camcorder, have it ready to go, and if
intrusion comes, turn it on and let it run. Tape over the
red light on it, and conceal it as best you can. If they
don't find it, (hey there are still lots of incompetent
agents) you may have something to bargain with. Same can be
done with one of the digital tape recorders. Expensive $100)
but might give you ammo to bargain with. But you gotta hide
it in something metallic, with pinhole for sound to enter,
but common and non suspicious, so they will disregard
looking at it close or taking it. Since these make NO noise,
its easier to do than with the mechanical ones.

22. If busted and you get a public defender, expect to get
raped. All PD's will do is make a plea bargain. If forced to
go to trial they will do nothing, and you'll get max. That's
their way to force other busted people not to bother them
with trials. Unfortunately this attitude is also spreading
to the lawyers you pay a lot of money to.

23. Expect the prosecutor to violate court rules, to lie to
the jury, and agents and cops to fake evidence and commit
perjury, and the judge to assist them. Judges are as afraid
of rogue government as you are, and they are not about to
save you at their own risk.

24. There is a book called the outlaw's bible, written by a
"boozie" that clues you on the "system".

25. Be paranoid. Its better than doing time.

26. Learn all you can as fast as you can. It won't be very
long before that internal state of emergency will be
declared which will put FEMA in absolute control.

27. If you still don't know about FEMA, at least understand
they can seize you, your property, and replace all local,
state, and federal government officials with their own
people, and they have enormous concentration camps around
the nation to put suspicious persons in. No court can hear
any complaint about what they do. You can be arrested
without reason, and imprisoned indefinitely without hearing
or trial.

28. Visit some of the so called patriot or militia websites
even if you are not interested in them. Many have copies of
documents which will show you what really exists in laws
here and there. Some have horror stories of abuses.

29. When things go ballistic, you may be the only one with
your knowledge in your area. You will then become the
teacher. One teacher may be worth a flock of warriors.

30. I estimate the probability of a blowup at about 90%
certain. Cannot say when though, because powerful folks are
moving heaven and earth to try to delay it until they are
ready to handle it. It will happen probably after they get
most of the guns seized, if the market does not crash first.

Above all spend some time thinking things through. Too late
to learn to swim, or wish you had taken a life jacket, after
your particular boat just sank.

You would like the "Rules to Profit By" that I've posted on the forum library. Came up with the rules while in prison.

Of course everyone here is a fully licensed explosives expert with every reason to possess and use explosive materials, information, etc And of course everyone knows there is no need to respond to the above statement.

If you were up on what's going on you would know that the jury declared the waco survivers acted in self defense and did not violate any laws. The judge over-ruled the jury and sentenced them to 40 years each for using fireams against federal employees.

He also is in charge of the test to disprove the british flir video that showed agents shooting people trying to escape the waco fire.

the guy who proved those flir films were actually gunfire, is now dead, at age 42, from unknown reasons. he was dead in his apartment about a month before anyone discovered him. The sheriff of the county waco is in is dead, right after he threatened to go public with what he knew.

Colby, retired head of CIA was dead of drowning in a pond at his estate, 2 weeks after he threatened to go public with the british flir showing waco fire excapees being shot.

it goes on and on. You'd best take some time off from tinkering, and keep track of rapidly changing events, or you may get a knock on your door, or a door busted down at 4 am because you were too public with what you are doing.

Anyway, the wise ones will see danger and avoid it, but the foolish will ingore it and perish. That's bible talk.

The lawyers will not challenge lying police, unless you have megabucks to spend. Then they will pay someone off and nothing will come of your prosecution. People without top lawyers get framed daily. Its big business now to get rid of all public persons who have been revealing dirty government secrets like what really happened at waco.
