I have read that acetic acid and H2SO4 will exploded when mixed.
So does that mean it wont be a good idea to make aceic acid using consentrated H2SO4 ans sodium acetate??

Out of question; where did you read this?
I haven't heard of such a reaction, but since sulfuric acid is a oxidizer and acetic acid is a combustible, there is however a 50/50 chance that a violent reaction *could ensue, but i have my doubts, because one method of preparing high strength glacial acetic acid is by distilling calcium or sodium acetate with concentrated sulfuric acid, acetic acid has a boiling point of 118 degrees C, so this is where the acetic acid distills over, for saftey reasons; the distilling should be conducted behind a saftey shield or strong fume hood.
