Has anyone noticed that a 20 gauge shotgun cartrige fits perfectly in the neck of a coke bottle? if you used just the brass end bit with the primer and glued a BB onto the primer, and then if you dropped it, would this ignite the petrol? ------------------ Life is like a firework, one time it can look great, the next it can blow up in your face

Well you need oxygen inside the bottle if you only want to fill it with gasoline, you will want to remove only the lead charge so the lead shots don't travel back and hurt yourself, keep the wad and powder to ensure ignition. The priming doesn't sound easy though...During a long fall/throw the bottle(with fluid inside) will tip, fin-stablize should help, or at least make it no room for the liquid to move around, in this case gelled gasoline can help. I guess gelled gasoline whipped up with air bubble and oxidizer powder can work fine, pour the gel, clean the bottle mouth and seal with brass, turn over and let stand. While waiting, look for things to throw at

You sure that 20 gauge slides straight through? Recently in the UK Coca cola have tried a gimick, which had glass 330ml bottles. The necks of these are justthe right size to fit a 20 gauge. I'm positive of this.------------------ Life is like a firework, one time it can look great, the next it can blow up in your face
