the terrorist has a specific fat ass lazy, tv watching target,
well he does this,
snips off the infrared LED and connects a blasting cap up to it fills the rest with a good HE such as C-4,.
or if he knows his target will turn the tv on that day he fills with ANNM.
but the terrorist isnt dumb, he takes two of those "AA" size 6v batteries you find at radio shcak, and replace the old batteries with those, sure to get a detonation.

COMPUTER MONITER BOMB

well, I got to thinking, my computer moniter gets very hot, after its been on a while.
well,
all the terrorist has to do is make up a 5g batch of nitrotriiodide use household ammonia and pure iodine crystals purchased from skylighter.com .
well, make some of this, now make up alot of AP,say 20g

well while STILL WET,
he opens up the moniter and place the NI3 crstals wherever it gets hot(at the top), spread out in THIN LAYER.
put thin layer of AP on top,
slowly and carefully put a piece of duct tape to cover it,put more AP around it.(so not to make too much weight on the NI3),
the terroist has a danger of killing himself because of how sensitive these are.

he would also put the cover back over the screen DUH!

RELOADERS HELL!!!

the terrorist has a target that loves to reload ammo,
well, the terrorist sneaks into his "friends"
place,
makes up some HMTD(or AP) and brings it with him,
fills the shell with alot of the shit(lightly pack it in).
then he wipes off all of the HMTD or AP from the rim(vital) he then places the bullet into the shell.
terrorist is finished, he makes about 5 of these. if he is using a rough semiauto like a desert eagle, he might not live to pull the trigger, have you ever seen one of those things chamber?
it is a very strong spring, my dad(which is very strong) has trouble pulling the slide back, if a shell filled with AP were put into that, he would not even need to fire the round!
or if the terrorist has the right supplies,
a small charge of AP with a topping of RDX or PETN would be better.

VIDEO TAPE BOOBY TRAP!!!

the terrorist cuts a video tape in half length wise,
you use a microlever switch(2 way design, if pressure lets off the thing it will turn the thing on, or if pressure i s put on it it will turn the thing on)
well rig it up so it will work if pressure is released,
now the terrorist hooks it up to a source of power(9v battery) .
and a blasting cap, he fills the rest with a long lasting explosive such as C-4, or raw rdx.
well actually the terrorsit molds the plastic explosves onto the tape so there is like 1 inch deep into the box, it should be ~1/2 - 1 pound of it.

when the tape is pulled out of the box it will explode, kiling or huirting the person.
