there are little glass filled bottles that have liqued sulfur (not pure sulfur but sulfur in like water or another liqued) and when you smash the little bottle(tiny bottle about the length of your pinky and about as thick) the rotten egg smell can fill a large hallway for hours

Heat a mix of equal parts (by weight) of sulfur and parrafin wax till the sulfur melts and the mix turns black. Do this outside because it will generate hydrogen sulfide gas. After the mix turns black let it cool. The solidified mass can then be broken up and the chunks scattered and hidden in an area you want to stink up. I had a flask I used to make H2S by this process and with the stopper in, the flask inside a plastic locker, it still stank up my storage unit a month later. You could take a small chunk of tyhe reacted wax/sulfur mix inside a test tube, melt it with a zippo lighter, and pour the melt onto the fabric or rug. Then they'll never be able to remove it because it will be melted into the very fibers.
